Free company profiles
Every specialist starts with a free company profile — services offered, geographic coverage, customer types you work with, and any relevant accreditations. There are no monthly listing fees and no minimum spend. Your profile is the basis for every match you receive.
Opportunity matching
We match enquiries to specialists based on five attributes:
- Service match — do you offer the work the customer needs?
- Coverage match — is the project in your travel area?
- Customer-type match — do you have experience with this property type or sector?
- Accreditations — do you hold the certifications the project requires?
- Capacity — are you set up for the urgency and scale specified?
Only opportunities that score well across these dimensions reach you. You don't see noise from projects outside your area or outside your service set.
Lead preview system
Before paying anything, you see a preview of the project: property type, location area, services required, urgency window and the strength of each match attribute. The preview is detailed enough to decide whether the opportunity is worth pursuing — but contact details stay protected until you choose to unlock.
Exclusive and premium opportunities
Customers can route their enquiry as an exclusive match to a single best-fit specialist, or as a small shortlist for a comparison. Either way, opportunities are never blasted to dozens of contractors. When you unlock a lead, the field you're competing in is small — often just you.
No monthly subscriptions
There are no subscription tiers and no lock-in. You pay only when you unlock an opportunity you actively want. Typical unlock fees sit in the £5–£10 range and are transparent before you commit.
Pay only for opportunities that fit
The pricing model exists to keep the platform aligned with you: we only earn when you choose a lead worth pursuing. That's the opposite of subscription-based directories where you pay regardless of relevance.
